Who can come along?

You can join in with any of our activities (as many as you like really) if you have been referred to us either by a GP surgery, a Health Visitor, the Supporting People team or by The Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board.

We offer a broad range of support in the community for our clients as well as a wide range of group activities designed to help improve mental and physical Health and wellbeing. We will ask you to evaluate your own health and wellbeing progress as you take part in activities to see if what you are doing helps you to improve your health and wellbeing.

Pickups at different locations can be arranged to help you reach your destination if needed. We can discuss this with you during our first meeting with you.

There will always be staff available who will be joining in with the activities every day.

We welcome as many of our clients as possible to join us.

If you need more information or if you wish to take part in any of our activities please contact our activities team on 03000 853 155.
