Responsible authorities are entitled to make representations to the licensing authority in relation to the application for the grant, variation or review of a premises licence or club premises certificate.

Representations must be based on the four licensing objectives, which are

• the prevention of crime and disorder
• public safety
• the prevention of public nuisance
• the protection of children from harm

If you are making a new application for a premises licence or if you want to vary the terms and/or conditions of your existing licence, you must also send a copy of your entire application, except for the fee, to each of the eight responsible authorities listed below.
