This is our strategic equality plan for 2024 to 2028. This key publication builds on our previous plans and sets out our ambition to build a fairer society for the people of Anglesey. The plan explains: -

• how it contributes towards the vision of our Council Plan of creating a healthy and prosperous Anglesey where people can thrive
• our eight long-term equality objectives for creating a fairer Anglesey by advancing equality in our communities, as well as within our organisation
• our main equality priorities for the next four years
• our arrangements for monitoring progress towards achieving our equality objectives

The plan is published and implemented in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
