Landlords invited to virtual forum meeting

Posted on 17 June 2021

Anglesey’s Annual Landlord Forum is almost upon us. This year’s virtual forum meeting will be held on Tuesday 22 June, between 2pm and 3.30pm.

Subjects on the agenda include

  • Anglesey’s Local Housing Strategy 2022 to 2027
  • NRLA update – eviction notices
  • Housing Support Grant
  • Financial Inclusion Service

Each of these topics has a significant effect on the private rented sector, and so landlords are encouraged to attend.

Housing portfolio holder, Councillor Alun Mummery, said, “The Landlord Forum demonstrates the partnership between Isle of Anglesey County Council and local landlords in order to meet challenges arising within the private housing sector.”

He added, “This annual event is also part of our continued commitment to helping landlords meet the demands of the unique housing challenges faced on the island.”

Once again, there will be an opportunity for landlords to network with other landlords. A range of representatives will be on hand to answer any queries, including an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each topic discussion.
