Council Tax Reduction Scheme

Do not respond to calls or texts suggesting you're eligible for a Council Tax refund. There may be fraudsters operating in Wales.

Contact us if you have concerns about your bill or amount you've already paid.

If you are on a low income you could get Council Tax Reduction to help you pay your Council Tax. How much you may get will depend on your income and circumstances.

You can apply whether you own your home, rent, are unemployed or working.
