The North Wales Regional Armed Forces Day this year will be held at Newry Beach, Holyhead, on Saturday, May 25.
Serving personnel and veterans of our Armed Forces community will be assured of a very warm welcome. The event provides an opportunity to thank the Armed Forces for their commitment in keeping our country safe.
A key aspect of this year's event will be a ceremony granting the freedom of the County to the Royal Navy Submarine Service. This will include a parade through the town of Holyhead.
Various activities will be staged at Newry Beach by the Armed Forces community.
Members of the public will shortly be able to book tickets online for the Royal Navy 23 Ship ‘Open to Visitors’ event.
