Contact Môn and its staff gives customers the opportunity to have their enquiries dealt with at first point of contact.
Our team of bilingual advisors are on hand to deal with various enquiries including;
- Revenues and Benefits
- Blue Badge applications
- Parking permits
As well as being able to discuss issues with our trained staff at the desk and in a number of private rooms, Contact Môn is making more use of modern technology. The equipment we have here provides visitors with opportunities for self-service – customers are able to us the computers to complete applications forms, making payments online, view planning applications and much more.

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
On Thursday 7th November all Cyswllt Môn advisers will be attending mandatory training on the new online Blue Badge Service. The advisers will attend the training on a rota basis and will be away from Cyswllt Môn for up to half a day each. We will endeavour to ensure that there are two people at the front desk for most of the day but this will be a reduced service and will inevitably mean longer waiting times. Please be patient.
