 Lease Terms

Isle of Anglesey County Council are offering flexible first floor office accommodation on an internal repairing and insuring lease agreement (with rent paid monthly in advance - terms negotiable). The cost of all services (including NDR, electricity, gas, water, telephone, internet, refuse, lift servicing etc) will be paid by the Landlord before being recharged to the tenant.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the payment of the Council’s legal fees for the preparation of the lease, which will be in the region of £621.55 plus VAT. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent. A fair proportion service charge will also be payable (6 monthly). 

Application

The property is available to let, subject to a successful application, which will involve the provision of references and a business plan. Isle of Anglesey County Council will consider applications from both commercial and non-commercial entities.
