Clearing snow and ice yourself
There’s no law stopping you from clearing snow and ice on the pavement outside your home or from public spaces.
Grit bins
We are responsible for maintaining approximately 111 grit bins across Anglesey. We’ve put them in places where we know there may be problems, like steep hills, sharp bends and difficult junctions.
Priority salting routes
Priority routes are the most important for road users and are used by people travelling for business, leisure, recreational, educational and domestic purposes.
