Report a problem

To report defective street lamps, illuminated road traffic signs, traffic signals and pedestrian crossings, please contact the Highways and Transportation Service.

We are working on an online form which can be used to report these highways issues online. However there is a free app available for the Looking Local Digi Tv Service through smart phones (iPhones, iPads, iPod Touch and Android phones), which you can download from the Android Market Place or iTunes App Store (search for Looking Local) .

A key element of the app is the ability to ‘Report It’, which covers issues such as defective street lights and potholes. You are able to map where the problem is, attach a photo and a comment and send it straight through to us.

Highway maintenance

For road work information on Wales’ motorways and major A-Roads please see the Traffic Wales website which enables you to register to receive email and SMS alerts. For local enquiries please contact the Highways and Transportation Service.
