Isle of Anglesey County Council, Denbighshire County Council and Gwynedd Council are working in partnership for the processing of parking fines (also known as Penalty Charge Notices).
If you have received a parking fine
Wales Penalty Processing Partnership, provided by Denbighshire County Council, works on behalf of all 3 authorities to support the enforcement operation by dealing with challenges, payments and processing of all parking fines that are issued. A parking fine may be issued to any vehicle caught contravening parking regulations.
How do I pay the parking fine?
You can pay the parking fine online on the Wales Penalty Processing Partnership website.
You will need your Penalty Charge Reference Number (this will be on your parking fine), car registration number, payment card (accepted cards are listed on the site as you go to pay) and a valid email address.
Alternatively:
You may pay the fine notice using your credit or debit card by telephoning the WPPP payment line 0845 6056556.
You may pay in person at any Post Office. Take the Penalty Charge Notice (parking fine) with you when you go to pay. Please ensure you retain your printed receipt as proof of payment.
You may post your payment to: WPPP, PO Box 273, Denbighshire. LL18 9EJ. Please ensure that cheques / postal orders are made payable (in sterling) to WPPP.
What if I think the parking fine was issued unfairly?
Write to us saying why you think it was unfair. We will consider your arguments and give you our response. Our contact details will be on the back of the ticket.
If we believe the penalty charge notice (parking ticket) was issued for valid reasons but you are unhappy with the decision you have the right to appeal to the National Parking Adjudication Service, which is an independent adjudication body.
For further information, please contact the authority’s Decriminalised Parking Manager - please see the “contacts” tab above.
