Council Services:

Waste collection day

To find out what your waste collection day is and when your black and green bins will be collected, please contact the Waste Management Section via the online enquiry form, email address at or by phoning 01248 752860.

Please remember that your recycling containers will be collected every week.

The collection vehicles also travel different routes on some occasions, so the time your bin and recycling are collected may vary, therefore, on the day of collection, to ensure that your bin and recycling boxes are emptied, please remember to place them out before 7am.

All missed collections must be reported to the Council no later than 5pm on the day following the normal collection day for it to be collected, providing that the bins and boxes were out in the collection point before 7am.
