Volunteering in the AONB

The Isle of Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Team is looking for volunteers to help carry out work to improve its special qualities and outstanding landscape.

Volunteering is a great way to get out and about, keep fit, meet new people and have some fun, as well as help
care for the precious AONB landscape. The work completed by volunteers is always highly valued and, in most
cases, would not otherwise have been able to be accomplished.

You don’t need any previous experience as staff are always on hand to show you the ropes, and our volunteers
are always free to work at their own pace in a relaxed atmosphere. You can join in all of our work days or just
join in every once in a while.

For details of the work programme please see the PDF attachment below.

If you are interested in volunteering, or want further information, please contact AONB Community Warden,
Aled Lewis :

To help us organise our volunteer tasks please contact us by phone or e-mail if you intend to come along to any of the sessions.
