Libraries - how to join the library
Joining the library is free.

We need to see one form of identification which must include your current address eg driving licence or utility bill. Young people under 18 years of age will need the signature of a parent or guardian.
All you need to start borrowing items from your local library is a current library card. You can use your library card in any public library on Anglesey as well as in Conwy and Gwynedd public libraries. No items can be borrowed without presenting a current library card.
You can also join on-line by dowloading a membership form below and sending the form to elxlh@anglesey.gov.uk
Your library card will be sent through the post to you and you will need to present it with one form of identification when you visit the library for the first time.
If you’re filling in the on-line form for a young person under the age of 18 an additional form will be sent to you to provide a parents or guardians signature. This form will then need to be presented when you first visit the library.
