A large choice of story books is available in Welsh and English as well as talking books on CD and DVDs. Information books are available for enjoyment and also to help with homework.

Internet access is available for free on our ‘People’s Network’ computers at all libraries in Anglesey. Parental/guardian supervision is required for children under 13. Written parental / guardian permission is required for children aged 13-16.

Rhymetime sessions are held at three of our libraries during term time. These sessions are aimed at babies and  children under the age of 5. Stories, rhymes and lots of fun - all for free!

Bookstart

This is a national scheme which helps families discover and enjoy the experience of sharing books. Every baby receives a Bookstart pack during their 8 - 12 month health check by their health visitor, and a Early Years pack during their 24 month health check - for free.

There will be an invitation included for you to register your child in your local library. If you haven't received your Bookstart or Early Years pack, ask your health visitor.
