The aim of the Partnership is to promote the Welsh Government ethos of ‘one sector, one workforce’ and to respond to current and future challenges in the provision of quality social care services. It is led by the local authority and includes representatives from the public sector, the voluntary sector and the independent sector with interests in social care.
The Isle of Anglesey County Council Workforce Development Unit co-ordinates delivery of the Partnership’s strategic plans and its professional learning and development programme.
We aim to ensure that the sector’s workforce has access to relevant training, information and guidance from all bodies concerned with social care, and hope that you will find these web pages useful.
