Empty homes - make your property work for you

Why might your property be empty?

Empty house

  • it has fallen into disrepair and you consider it to be uninhabitable
  • you can’t afford to do the works required
  • you think that letting the property may be difficult or complicated
  • you don’t know who to ask for help
  • you don’t know what questions to ask

Whatever the reason your Empty Homes Officer can provide you with all the up to date advice and support to consider the options avilable to you.
