Council housing - right to buy
The Right to Buy scheme gives secure tenants the opportunity to buy their homes at less than market value.
There are some exceptions to the scheme that could mean you do not have the right to buy.
To apply you will need to:
- print off and fill in the application form on the Directgov website
How to submit your application:
- by post to the Property Section
- in person at the Highways, Transportation and Property reception desk.
