Gofal Môn Community alarm services

Help at the touch of a button - 24hr service provided by Anglesey County Council

Whatever your circumstances, whether you’re young, old or disabled. The Gofal Môn Community alarm service will ensure that you keep your independence will ensure that you keep your independence and give you peace of mind at the same time.

A special Lifeline unit can be installed, to provide a 24 hour monitoring service.

The experienced and friendly team can respond quickly to your call ensuring that you receive the assistance you need as soon as possible.

How does the system work?

1. If you need help or reassurance, simply press the alarm button on the unit of the portable radio trigger, the unit will alert the control centre automatically.

2. An operator will be able to speak to you and summon help immediately and reassure you until that help arrives.

3. The control centre will call friends, relatives a doctor or the emergency services as the need arises.

How is it installed?

If you have a special telephone with large dials, or simply prefer to keep your own telephone, a smaller unit can be provided which connects to your ordinary telephone.

Gofal Môn Community alarm service is provided at the lowest price possible. Units may be purchased or hired.
