  • make sure you have your credit/debit card details available before proceeding

Making an on-line payment could not be easier, but if you are unsure about some aspects of the payment process the links to questions and answers should help. You will be transferred to our payments handling agent - Capita Software Services. Follow the on-screen instructions. The system for paying on-line is encrypted and fully secure. When the payment details have been completed you will receive a confirmation email.

Your payment will take up to 3 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. (This includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier and for payment to be notified to the Council.) If your payment is overdue and recovery action is about to be taken, you should pay cash at the council offices.

Please see our Online Payment Terms and Conditions for information on legal aspects of paying online. Please read these terms carefully before using the online payments facility.

Using the online payments facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms (“terms”) do not use this facility.
