Opportunity for community asset transfer - Bodffordd

Isle of Anglesey County Council is offering an opportunity to a group or organisation to own and develop a community facility in Bodffordd, Anglesey.

Ysgol Gymuned Bodffordd is currently an operational primary school with an annexed community centre, car park and school field.

Following formal consultation under the 21st Century School’s Programme, the school will likely be available during spring 2021.

If your organisation has imaginative proposals and is interested in taking over or developing this facility, you will need to show that your proposals can secure its longer-term future and will benefit the local community.

The process will be subject to the Council’s Community Asset Transfer policy, expressions of interest are invited before 15th March 2019.
