Genesis Wales 2 - Anglesey project
The aim of the Genesis Wales 2 - Anglesey project is to increase labour market participation specifically concentrating on those furthest away from the labour market and move them closer.
The project works with individuals 16 years of age and over, living on Anglesey who are economically inactive.
The project works intensively alongside people providing them with guidance and support to help them build a brighter future.
The project provides
- mentoring
- confidence Building – one-to-one basis and group basis
- activities will be client centred and address their individual needs
- flexible and holistic support
Genesis Wales 2 – Anglesey will help the individual tackle the social side initially and the economic activity element will follow in due course.
