Fitness classes at David Hughes Leisure Centre

David Hughes Leisure Centre has a range of fitness classes to suit everyone. See below for what’s available.

Exercise referral5.30 - 6.30pm
Able strengthen and tone6.30 - 7.30pm
Menai Bridge Keep Fit Club7 - 9pm
Wednesday
Netball session6 - 7pm
Karate (ages 5+)6 - 7pm
Karate (ages 11+)7 - 8pm
Thursday
Able power6.30 - 7.30pm
Friday
Children's tennis (4-9 yrs)5- 6pm
Children's tennis (9-13 yrs)6-7pm

Able Strengthen and Tone TM

A class to improve body shape, decrease body fat, and strengthen muscle. Choreographed with fantastic music incorporating a range of weighted dumbbells and resistance bands. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Able Power TM

For those who like to work a little harder, interval training at its best! Lots of effort, lots of impact and lots of hard work!

Able Hi/Lo and Tone TM

Good basic aerobics, 30 minutes Hi/Low impact, you choose how hard you work. Followed with 30 minutes muscle strengthening and stretching. Suit all fitness levels.
