Sure Start
A gentle yoga session designed for the expectant and post-natal mother

Fitness for all
Class suitable for everyone. Includes aerobics, step, circuits, body sculpt and fitness ball

Gentle exercise
A gentle stretching class to improve strength and flexibility

Pilates based exercise
Class to improve flexibility , posture and alignment and condition muscles

Body sculpt
Body toning class

Step aerobics
Fun easy to follow step class involving use of simple choreography

Circuits
Interval training class

Aeropump
Class that includes fat burning exercises, involving the use of dumb-bells, step aerobics and aerobics in short blasts. All over fitness.

Yoga
Gentle stretching class to improve strength and flexibility

Cardiac rehabilitation
Gym sessions for referred heart patients

Exercise by invitation
GP referral scheme, involving 20 personal training sessions

Community fit club
Advice and guidance on diet and exercise, which includes two free vouchers for exercise or gym sessions.
