New ‘Power Plate’ in the fitness suite at Beaumaris leisure centre

Beaumaris leisure centre are proud to present their new Power Plate machine in their fitness room.  It not only helps to tone your muscles and reduce the appearance of cellulite, it also helps with other health conditions and it is comes highly recommended by the exercise by invitation scheme coordinator, Mair Eluned, for clients referred to the scheme by their doctors.
