Sheltered accommodation

There are 23 supported accommodation schemes on Anglesey with resident wardens living in purpose built houses or a rota for wardens to visit the estates.

The role of the warden is to provide support, advice and access to health and social services. Sheltered accommodation provides support for older people (over 60s) or people with disabilities. They are self-contained accommodation with communal facilities on site.

How to apply for sheltered accommodation

You will need to complete a housing application form. The Allocations Section in Housing Services will be able to tell you where sheltered housing is located throughout Anglesey. For contact details, please follow the link below.
