    Our vision and Strategy for Older People on Anglesey has been developed by listening to older people and by working closely with partners in health, voluntary and private sectors.

  • Strategy for Older People - Food and Nutrition

    The Isle of Anglesey County Council, in partnership with Anglesey Local Health Board and the National Public Health Service, seek to assist and enable older people to access the best appropriate nutrition possible, in order to promote healthy ageing and improve quality of life with dignity.

  • Handyperson scheme

    The Handyperson Scheme is a service provided by the Isle of Anglesey County Council and Gofal a Thrwsio Môn for people over 70 years and/or people with disabilities to receive minor housing repairs and to ensure their home safety.
