When are we open?
The council tax and housing benefits reception desk is open from 8.45am to 5.05pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
The cash office is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

The council tax and housing benefits reception desk is located on the ground floor. From the main reception area, follow the corridor along past the stairs and the reception is on your right hand side.
