There are 40 Town and Community Councils in Anglesey.

Town and Community Councils serve their communities and act to improve the quality of life in their locality. They are responsible to their local electorates for delivering a wide range of local services e.g. public footpaths.

A Shared Community Charter

The Town and Community Councils of the Isle of Anglesey and the Isle of Anglesey County Council have agreed to publish a Charter which sets out how they aim to work together for the benefit of local communities.
