Customer Service Charter

Putting People First - Our Customer Service Charter

As a council that’s committed to dealing with customers in a professional and timely way, the Isle of Anglesey County Council has developed a set of standards for customer service.

All of us at the Isle of Anglesey County Council will :-

  • aim to provide the best possible service within available resources
  • aim to find a solution and have ‘can do’ attitude
  • be polite, helpful, open and honest with customers
  • treat customers fairly and equally
  • provide customers with clear information in Welsh and/or English

We will over the following months be working towards achieving the Charter’s Standards and are currently establishing the mechanisms to support its implementation.

Please use our secure, accessible form to provide feedback on any of our services.
