As a council that’s committed to dealing with customers in a professional and timely way, the Isle of Anglesey County Council has developed a set of standards for customer service.

All of us at the Isle of Anglesey County Council will :-

  • aim to provide the best possible service within available resources
  • aim to find a solution and have ‘can do’ attitude
  • be polite, helpful, open and honest with customers
  • treat customers fairly and equally
  • provide customers with clear information in Welsh and/or English
