Council Services:

Consultation on the Draft Library Service Strategy 2017 - 2022

We have now reached the second phase of the consultation to reshape Anglesey Library Service. In this phase, we present our Draft Library Service Strategy 2017-2022. We need to develop the service to make sure it meets citizen’s needs. We also need to respond to the financial challenges facing the Council.

Library Service proposals

The information booklet sets out proposals for Anglesey County Council’s library service. The Draft Library Service Strategy places libraries into three tiers. You can read more about this in the information booklet and in the information links below.

Please take time to read this information before commenting so that your response is informed.

The consultation will consist of a questionnaire, drop in sessions in each library area, community meetings, and consultation events throughout the consultation period. The consultation will run until 22/09/2017.

Please complete the questionnaire online if you can - this saves the Council time, money and resources. Hard copies are available from your local library. You may also print out and complete the PDF version and return it by post or by hand to any Anglesey Library or Council Office.

Online consultation now closed

Dates for the public meetings and drop in sessions are listed below.
