Holyhead Forward is an ambitious ten-year regeneration vision for the town of Holyhead.
The initiative was launched in 2003 and met with clear public support for major improvements to be made to Holyhead. A three-day public exhibition was attended by 2,000 people.
Many regeneration projects are now underway, but much remains to be done. There is no doubt that Holyhead is changing. The Holyhead Forward website has been created to help inform local residents and businesses about this major regeneration programme and should also be of interest to potential investors, visitors and researchers.
