The council can offer a number of sites and premises for grazing, business or development in a variety of locations.
The Council occasionally disposes of commercial development plots, residential building plots and other properties which have been identified as surplus to requirements. These properties may be subject to application, private treaty disposals, formal tenders or disposal through public auction.

List of commercial properties available
The County Council maintains a portfolio of small to medium sized units, workshops, offices and retail premises which are available to-let, subject to a formal application process.
List of grazing land available
Tenders are invited for grazing land for 2012 . The period of occupancy will be from 1st April, 2012 to 31st December, 2012. Closing date for receiving tenders is noon, 14 March 2012.
List of smallholdings available
A number of agricultural smallholdings are held by the Council. Subject to availability, farm business tenancies (FBT’s) are offered to encourage entry to the local agricultural industry.
