Running the Energy Island Programme
The programme is run from within the Economic Development Unit, Isle of Anglesey County Council.
The programme manages risks, stakeholders, benefits, resources and quality. All these aspects need to inter-relate to form an organised approach for the programme.
We call this programme governance; “governance” means the functions, processes, procedures and responsibilities that define how the programme is to be setup, managed and controlled. Programme governance provides the backdrop for all activities of managing the programme and achieving the programme’s outcomes.

The role of the Energy Island Programme Strategic Forum is to support and co-ordinate the work of the Energy Island Programme Advisory Board to implement the Energy Island Programme.
