Day 19: Dog Warden – Fouling and Straying

A puppy can be the perfect present for Christmas, as it is a gift which lasts for many years and gives you hours of unconditional love and joy.

But having a dog is not just all cuddles, fun and games, like children they take up all your time and they also need cleaning up after them! But sadly unlike children they don’t have nappies! And if you don’t pick after them you could face a fine of £75

Sadly once the Christmas novelty wears off for the irresponsible dog owners, dogs are often left to stray and fend for themselves, but when dogs stray, they can end up in all types of trouble, injuring themselves or even causing road traffic accidents, and if they are picked up by the Dog Warden, the owners will face a fine of £90 plus £10 a day kennelling fees, and a trip to Abergele to collect their dog.

Therefore don’t spoil your Christmas and risk being fined, be a responsible dog owner and enjoy Christmas and the New Year with your Dog.
